I had booked an appointment at naturals kollam and went to avail the service..I am really sorry to say that I am completely disappointed with the service.please try to improve your service and staff as this salon is one of the renowned chain of salons.we do have a certain level of expectations as customers when we visit naturals.had undergone pedicure and manicure and sorry to say they don't even have nail polish.please improve your staff quality as well
