Today I took hair service from Naturals, Karaiyanchavadi branch. The Specialist name is Lila. She cared my hair very gently and handling peacefully. I love so much for this service and also this is my first time experience in Naturals. Luckily found good specialist. Finally asked her number for next time appointment. She had good experienced in hair dressing.

Very very worst experience. Just waste of money. I didn't even get 1% satisfaction. They were just in a hurry to do their work and noticing what exactly customers needed. Kindly don't go and waste your money. Didn't even blow-dry my hair properly....and I'm having my trauma after having my hair cut short...literally worstttt experience. Even threading is also not proper....

I have done keratin treatment and completely satisfied with the results. Stylist Leela was very polite and professional

Worst service ever.if you reapect your time dont go there bcoz they wont reapect it.even on weekday i waited for 1hr after they told it will take 20mins since only one custmor is there apart from me.and after 1hr when asked they told it will take another 20mins.very very unprofessional staff who is not even sorry for the situation.

Worst service experienced. We opted for Haircut, threading and 2 facials. They were in a hurry to do their work for the money we pay. It's too bad to digest that they are partial on people who are taking bridal makeups vs haircut/facial. No patience and no expertise. They work in trial and error method. During haircuts they just detangle the hair very harshly when hair is wet. Stylists don't have basic knowledge of consultation/any service they do.Brides/grooms/bridesmaids/for any occasions I firmly won't recommend to invest your money here when you don't get it's perfection or even nominal service.

Good Ambience Hair stylist neither has any hair style picture nor recommend suitable hair cuts. For 300Rs hair cut we expect some thing more than typical hair salons ...

I take the service for 10years is well but two month not proper training eye brws cleanup I am not satisfied twomonth.waste service.pls change the experience trainer.
