Went with high expectations, and the staff was very humble and gentle. Got an immediate appointment for my requirement. The place was neat and clean. Apart from staff, the quality of the material used isn't suitable for my requirements. They said it was branded one. However, the finishing wasn't came as expected. Also, please ensure you are saying full amount rather than just say... x00.. tax is 18% and may encounter additional too... please convey the full amount inclusive of taxes .. Sorry for my misunderstanding on the bill which included a additional work , it's my mistake to know charges well in advance with taxes. MY bad..

I got anti hair loss spa service from Rekha, She did excellent job with care and gave me tips for maintaining it too.its my second time in the shop...She understand my requirement clearly and gave the expected result in threading too. Only shock for me is percentage of GST for the service taken , which I considered too high.
Sandhiya from Urappakkam, Naturals, is a sweet girl, whenever I visit the salon she makes sure that I am comfortable and treats me very well. I have visited the salon multiple times for waxing and threading and she does it with much care. Do visit and ask for her :) she does a great job
