Went there after seeing reviews. But disappointing experience. I opted for an oil head massage and the steam machine broke. They brought in another one but were unable to adjust the height. I had to slouch for it to fit my height. And the wash after the massage was pathetic. No thorough cleansing and little to no wait time after applying conditioner. But despite all this, my hair feels so damn greasy which defeats the purpose of massage and wash. My sister came for pedicure which was decent. Overall very disappointed.
Today I took the smoothing service and it was very good....the ambience was very good. They understand the needs of the customers and act accordingly. Overall it was a great experience and my stylist GEETHA was very supportive till I left the place. A great place to get your services done...Highly recommended Thanks Naturals team..

Never ever try Hydra facial here....I had a worst experience. Immediately after doing Hydra facial I got blood clots all over my face and I have to visit the skin doctor now to cure this. Also there are no results after doing this facial. They haven't even removed my blackheads. Very much disappointed. Not worth for the cost.
