Naturals Salon - Beauty Parlour in palladam, Pollachi - Coimbatore, India

Edit: Having spoken to the management regarding this, I was provided an alternative slot and service was good. The rating is updated based purely on the fact that a person from management took ownership of the mistake and was professional enough to follow up with a good service. I think that means a lot. Thank you. I had called ahead of time to get an appointment and very particularly requested that I get an immediate service at my designated slot as I was running short on time and had other commitments immediately after. I was told by the person over the call that if I arrived right on time, I would be serviced right on time. I did arrive on time but I was asked to wait for a while. When I stated that I had an appointment and my request over the call earlier, the person at reception simply said that they had no chairs available and that I need to wait for 10 minutes. Now I do not understand what sort of training they undergo but this is an absolutely absurd way of treating their customers. Why should I wait? Why is my time not valuable? I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Hope someone higher up sees this and trains their staff on customer service.

Today I had facial and threading done in naturals. The service was provided by Nageshwari and her service was really good. She was comfortable and kind all through the service and she provided me the facial which suits my skin the best. she patiently took me through the process with smiling face, I love my naturals brightening facial done by her. Thank you for the wonderful service!! I can always confidently recommend someone to this salon.

Today I had done hair spa,hair cut and face detan. The service was provided by Nageshwari mam, she had done a fantastic job and also she created a comfortable atmosphere and gave skin care tips. Totally service was excellent
