Was totally unsatisfied by the attitude of the lady who provided hair wash and curl service. They were totally on behind of the tarrif and letting us know about the tarrif details although We holded a membership card. Really unexpected!!
1. Unprofessional staff as I experienced with their work 2. Zero satisfied and worthless facial for both man and woman. Over all not happy and wasted money.

The employee is not skilled enough to deliver our request .If we show a picture and ask them to do Beard trim as like in the picture,they will do a different (a style which they are used to doing) cut. Completely disappointed for the last two sessions.The response from the employee for the query after paying the bill is different.
Inexperienced staff Canny understand the requirements of the customer The cutting is pathatic with utnany smooth cut contour s are visible and it's irregular I have tried 2 times only once the hair cut was as requested the rest two times it was pathetic Not worth for the money nowni have to visit somewhere else to correct my hair
They are good at what they do. And worth every penny. It's my usual place for a haircut, shave, trim etc. Their hospitality is good as well. Only negative is that there are no local person available. Everyone is from North and they really struggle in communicating with us in either Tamil or English which is a huge set back since sometimes they miss out what we say as well and it takes a lot of time to make them understand our wants.
Other saloon takes a lot of time for a haircut, but these guys particularly vishal was very experienced, they do a smart haircut in few minutes. Tamil, English, Hindi all languages are spoken here, so no problem in communication. Not very expensive also.
