Worst experience in Chettikulam branch. They refused to provide independence day offer which is applicable for all Naturals. But the Chettikulam branch owner refused the offer even after they get confirmation from Natural head office. The attitude of branch owner is very rude. Never go this branch again.
They also had insufficient tools to do hair cut as they were waiting for the tools from other hairdressers. The branch is not even close to the standards of Naturals. Poorly maintained branch.
I was taken a pedicure service from mrsJasmine . It's fantastic and her massage was great. Thank you jasmine for such a great service
Worst experience
First of all they don't honor naturals official name. We had an offer when we pay Rs.1947 , we get Rs.750 voucher in the website but this chettikulam branch owner says this doesn't suits for this branch . We complained to head office and they confirmed that this offer applies to all branch . Still they didn't give the discount vouchers.
Secondly there's no neatness in the salon . Using the same trimmers to others without cleaning & insufficient tools . After every haircut we need to ask for basic blow dry, if we didn't ask they skip that step .
Also we spoke directly to the owner of the branch regarding the voucher her attitude is too rude .
Avoid this branch at any cost.

I've done a head massage and a hair wash here. The worker who attended us Jasmine really did a pleasant and comfortable service plus a commendable job.
I recently visited a hair naturals located in chettikulam and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. I had a particular hair color in mind that I wanted, and they listened carefully to my requests and worked tirelessly to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the results.
What really impressed me was their dedication to their work - even though my appointment went well into the night, they never once rushed or cut corners, and instead took their time to make sure that everything was perfect.
