Receptionist is not at all professional and very rude behaviour. She has an attitude that customers are going their and having haircut for her mercy. Store owners better try to educate that girl or else you will lose your customers . I won't have my haircut done here anymore. I won't recommend this store, better consult Naturals Capitol Mall store. Those guys are really professional, polite and attentive

I have a bad experience with chitra. They don't know how to cut layers. Once she cut my hair , I asked hair to take a pic of my hair. But she said she had an another customer. ( then I felt who am). Don't judge a book by its cover ok

Excellent service. Very friendly and professional too. I got very good hair cut with mini. I really liked their service and added up other services too. She has lot more patience and did everything very carefully, how much ever time it is required till the end. Especially, manager simi, she is damn good and helps us in every way till the service finish. And make sure, every thing is right in between too and makes the customer too much comfortable with her service too. That's the best part. I wish to continue further with the same parlor.
