The salon has awesome ambience and staff for assistance. The hair stylist are good and professional too. There's one issue which I wud like to update the owner of this salon and also to the guests that, my wife complained regarding the waxing issue that, the ladies over here have not done waxing properly and her hands got burns n bruises twice. The same complaint was told to us my many other ladies in our contact who have visited here earlier. So i request the owner of this franchisee to see to this issue and train ur ladies staff for the same so that u get more customers for urself. rest all is good.

The place ambience is good. I went for a facial and face waxing. But the way the person did it I got scared and asked them to stop doing the face waxing. I did only facial and it was also okayish. And maybe I may try with someone else next time.

Don't take kids for a haircut to this godamn place! Pathetic service. Took my son for a regular hair cut. Hair stylist probably forgot to carry some brains in his head. He gave a psychotic hair style for my 6 year old!!! Very unprofessional...
Very the worst service I have ever had. I was doing hair smoothening, but they damaged my hair, when I asked them they said there was a problem with my hair, and when I checked with my hair stylist she suggested that I do keratin treatment on my hair to get rid of the hair damage. When I go Natural and ask them they say, they can't do keratin either they can do hair spa. I was really angry that time and asked them to do keratin, they asked me to wait for 3 months, and I said I can't wait 3 months I asked them to do it immediately, but they made me wait 3 days to arrange keratin treatment. And the keratin treatment is also not good. Very worst-case I have had Waste of money. I don't even want to put a single star...
