We checked the rating before visiting this place. I wouldn't give 4.8. It's more like 2.5-3/5 Place & their towels were dirty. The girls didn't take proper care in administering the protocols for treatment e.g. using towel to cover the blouse or shouldering properly. Our blouse got dirty because of this. They didn't even mix the mask properly. Out of everyone, Therapist Yasmin did a nice threading Counter staff was not friendly. Didn't even want to share wifi password. Overall can come here if really emergency otherwise not recommended.

I have requested for arm waxing There said service is available Rs400/- for one hand in the first call Again I have call to store to verify shall I come now there yes u came come I travel 5km from my location Ones I have reached the ur store ur staff saying that service is not available now Don't go guys

Ms. Jaya did the detan pack and 7 step derma ice facial service to me. She explained the procedures well before starting them. She was very professional and considerate during the procedure. I really appreciate her service. I'll definitely visit again in future.

Worst place to get a waxing ... They only care about the money and not about the customer ... I got my first waxing here and I asked so many questions to which the person gave positive false replies to everything ! .... I asked if this is okay for thick hair ( I had bleeding from my follicles ) ... I asked we r going on a trip that involves swimming would it be okay to wax now ( u shouldn't if u gona swim within one week ) ... Asked if this would suit sensitive skin ( I got bumps and rashes like allergies ) ... They don't use enough of the after wax lotion... It led to me having permanent bumps on my skin at my follicles .... I asked will this cause strawberry skin she said no and yet it caused me permanent non exfoliable strawberry chicken skin !!!!!! ..... I'm scared to do it due to the reasons I mentioned above and for everything their reply was ..... No no no nothing happen all good very good And in the end it was just for money and now who's gona help me with my strawberry skin ?!?!?!! If u had told this would happen I would have said no for the service !!!! ... Don't give false hopes ! ... Atleast do a testing once and tell the person to come back later !!!! If it is their first time !!!! they can know the results How the hell do I get rid of this strawberry skin ?!

I did the grooming in naturals...Stylist Shanti did an awesome job. She understood the way i explain about haircut...she is literally nice and also polite to communicable... So her available time will be afternoon 12 pm to night 9pm.

Today I got facial and pedicure from Naturals.The service is very good especially from Yasmin.She is too good in explaining each product which suits my skin and I could see the result on my skin as well.
