I recently had the pleasure of trying the Sitafal ice cream at Naturals, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience! The texture of the ice cream was perfectly creamy, and the flavor of Sitafal was rich and authentic. It had a wonderful balance of sweetness and a hint of tropical goodness that transported my taste buds to a paradise of flavors. The ambiance of the ice cream shop added to the overall experience. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made enjoying my ice cream even more enjoyable.
My favourite go to place. I tried lot of ice creams but natural has my heart love the natural taste and my favourite flavour is tender coconut !! this place is always crowded whether its weekend or weekday.
This branch was opened till late night due to Ramadan and the staff was extremly helpful especially Manish, who helped me and offered an example of great customer service. Do try their Mango Sundae if you plan to visit this place
Good place always packed with families. There is a small seating available but is always occupied Tried their tender coconut & choco bite waffle. These are the best two ice-creams one can blindly rely on. Tender coco cup will roughly cost you around 50bucks & choco bite waffle 60 incl of tax. Unfortunately wanted to try the Muskmelon ice-cream but it wasn't available in scoop serve.
I don't understand their rule of not delivering any order of scoop icecream...but when u order through Zomato or Swiggy they do accept the order. When a person staying hardly a kilometre away from the outlet, why can't they provide the delivery service... this is what I fail to understand....Very Poor...Not at all in the standards of customer service....And then you people bark on consumer on shopping in retail store rather then online.... Ridiculous....
The taste of every ice cream is real,it really taste like real fruit ice cream,because of course it is.... If you ever decide to go to a ice cream store & you fine this store near by you,then of course you should give it a try......
This is located in a nice locality.I personally like to visit naturals every week or more than 3 times in a month.No other ice cream brand can deliver the taste like they offer.Especially the seasonal flavours are really made for dedicated seasonal fruits like We had mango ice cream with waffle cone and it tasted like real mangoes.And at this branch they have a great service,the staff is good and very well disciplined and are professional with their work.
one of the best Ice-cream shops... nice place to hangout with your buds, Taste is 5/5 and you have too many options to pick... the top 5 flavors to try would be(acc to me): Blueberry, Roasted Almond, Litchi, Coffee, Coconut... well some of the flavors like blueberry, strawberry are seasonal, so you have to check their availability... bottomline: any ice-cream at naturals is best.
