Therapists are not professional or trained, didn't know how to massage. I am disappointed with the service. Also when the feedback was shared there was no acknowledgement from the receptionist / spa manager.

This place is perfect for those who wish to have a pleasant time for mind n body wellness. The manager Varsha Ji is very professional in handling the customers with her immense experience to understand the needs of each one. She always gets the best Therapists from across and provides a world class spa experience everytime. The place is neat n clean which is not seen in regular spa except for a Star property attached centres. Keep up the good work guys. Highly recommend this place for those who want value for money and professional spa experience.
It's the Best Spa in Jp nagar. Varsha (manager) helped me with the best offers and packages available. Also suggests the type of massage basis my requirements. Therapists are very professional and highly trained. They are courteous and friendly. It was a pleasant experience and i had visited twice. They never compromise on hygiene. Budget friendly packages. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I have been to Zion Spa twice so far and can definitely say that they are one of the best in Bangalore to get yourself pampered. I went for a Swedish massage and had an amazing experience. Varsha had suggested me to for a package which includes 8 massages that can be taken within 3-4 months of registering for the membership. You should go for it as it saves up a lot of money plus gives Zion their trusted and earned customers as well :)
