NATTHA BY INDIAN CULTURE - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

I was struggling to find a place to stay as my already booked hotel denied me entry due to their conflict with MMT. Looking at the low price of Nattha, i assumed that it cant be a good place but having no option in hand, i had to book. The minute I started calling the place, I found everyone so supportive and helpful and i was granted entry with no hustle. The stay was as comfortable as it could be anywhere and the staff along with the owner were all so decent and courteous. Because of my work in another part of the city, I got late for check out but they agreed to let me stay for extra hours without any issues. Nattha was the only good thing that happened with me in the city and I an very thankful for that. If you are a budget traveler, I highly recommend you to stay here. I didn't try their food so can't comment on that but I am very confident that they will try their best to help you anyway.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

This property is very memorable for my life. Because we arranged our love marriage in arranged function here. Property owner Mr. Shiva bhaiya is very very professional and has a good sense of treating their guests. All things are arranged by him in our budget. Trust me this property gives your a defferent satisfaction.

Would give full starts for location. However rooms and washrooms could have been cleaned better as there was smell in the room and washrooms were not cleaned properly. But according to the price things seem to be workable, can stay for 1 night.

A good family hotel and along with that its pet friendly too.Very good nature of staff and helping nature. Parking is provided in the front of the hotel itself.They have AC and NON AC rooms specially you have to mention that otherwise u have to pay the amount of the room.

Stayed for two nights in this hotel. Hotel rooms are very average type . Room rates are decent. Decent place to stay near charbagh railway station/chowk/Aminabad. I was alloted room on ground floor and on second night of my stay here found a rat in room. Informed the owner of the same and through conversation on it with owner it seems rats are common here on rooms in ground floor. So if your planning to take rooms here never take rooms on ground floor. Washroom was small . Hot water not available for bath here.
