When Rustic meets great taste @nativebombay my heart is full and taste buds blown away. Everything I ordered was super from starter to main course. From Falsa cooler to Baroda Khakra Chaat. From north to south aka mushroom pepper fry to mini naan bomb. Also tried the most amazing Dal Makhani with best kulcha. Must try for their brilliant service and perfect conversation ambience. Special thank to my server Nigel. They even served a chapata aam papad mix which he made in front of us. It was instant hit. I loved the rustic vibe with perfect Indian food and flavours of all over India. This is my favourite in town.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the overall hospitality was outstanding. We started with the Bombay Chat Bomb, which was a burst of flavors. It had the perfect combination of spices and textures, leaving our taste buds wanting more. The Berry Pulao was a delightful surprise with its aromatic rice and the burst of sweetness from the berries. It paired exceptionally well with the Kerala fry Chicken, which was tender, juicy, and packed with flavors. The entire meal was a treat for our senses. The hospitality at Native Bombay was top-notch. Pratik, our server, was exceptional. He had an extensive knowledge of the menu and the dishes, and his recommendations were spot on. He guided us through the menu, ensuring we made the best choices based on our preferences. Pratik's attentiveness and friendly demeanor added to the overall dining experience. After our meal, we were pleasantly surprised by the onsite refreshments. It was a refreshing and unique touch, offering a perfect end to our lunch.

I recently dined at Native Bombay, a hidden gem tucked away in the Fort area of Ballard Estate. This restaurant exudes an air of exclusivity with its beautiful interiors deliberately designed to resemble torn walls, creating a unique and captivating ambiance. Finding the restaurant might be a bit of a challenge as it's located on a quiet backstreet, not immediately obvious unless recommended by friends or discovered online. From the outside, it appears unassuming, lacking flashy signage or grandeur. One interesting tidbit I discovered was that Native Bombay resides in a 140-year-old building, originally an ice factory, and is still owned by the factory's owner, adding a touch of historical charm to the experience. The service was pleasant, with friendly staff ready to assist diners throughout the meal. However, when it comes to the food, my experience was somewhat mixed. While the menu offers a variety of North Indian dishes, they lean towards the conventional and lack exotic options. We ordered dishes like Paneer, mixed vegetables, and dal, accompanied by roti, naan, paratha, and bread, all of which were passable but not exceptional. Where Native Bombay does shine is in its mocktails. The Falsa and Lodhi mocktails we ordered were delightful and lived up to expectations. Price-wise, Native Bombay leans towards the expensive side. However, considering the restaurant's unique style and its tucked-away location in Ballard Estate, it aligns with the overall experience it offers. In summary, Native Bombay is a visually stunning restaurant with a quiet, exclusive ambiance that's worth a visit if you're seeking a unique dining experience. While the food may not be extraordinary, the mocktails are a highlight, and the price is justified by the restaurant's style and location.

Fantastic place for dinner. Good food, great service, brilliant negronis and overall a great vibe. Our host Prateek, was knowledgeable and served us well, while Robin whipped up some delicious negronis for us.

A rare combination of an instagrammable and a great food place. The place is gorgeous to say the least. Has multiple seating areas from a bar / lounge to a bigger restaurant to a small area along the periphery suitable for couples. They have a modern Indian Food menu with an eclectic selection of foods. We tried their Naga chillli pork, the mutton parcha and prawns in kashmiri butter garlic sauce and everything was spot on. Dessert menu though limited is quite exquisite. Their drinks menu is truly exceptional with a variety of negronis to an amazing range of cocktails. Highly recommend them.

It's an amazing place for dinner. Both with your family and friends. Good food, lovely presentation. Suggestion book a table especially for weekends, else the place gets full.

We were graciously welcomed with a delightful complimentary mocktail known as the 'Forbidden Falsa,' primarily crafted from falsa syrup and an assortment of berries. For our appetizers, we indulged in a delectable lobster pulimunchi. Moving on to the main course, we relished a couple of freshly baked rotis accompanied by a prawn Manglorean gassi, as well as a succulent mutton biryani. To conclude our meal, we savored a flambeed rasmalai tres leches dessert. Overall, our experience was splendid, thanks to the scrumptious food, rustic ambiance, and the exceptional service provided by the courteous staff. A special shoutout to Ayush for ensuring our dining experience was truly exceptional.
