Bad experience this time. If there is stars in minus I gave minus rating to this Hospital. No doubt that Doctor are exilant. But the staff is so so so bad. Nurses don't know her duties. Ladies ward nurses don't know how to discharge a patient. There is even 5 hours after billing to discharge my daughter wich r 3 and a half years old. Not suggest to anyone

Our visit to ENT Dr. karandeep kocher was just okay with service but super bad with later on attitute. Even during treatment he was just trying to convince patient to visit his home clinic rather than hospital. why??so that he could charge Rs. 350-400 as consultation fee+ scanning charges and all. Even during treating he was saying-" I am available at my home clinc 5-7pm , come to my home for second visit". Just a GREEDY doctor. Hospitals should not keep such doctors. Very sad and bad experience

visited today for gynecologist consultation for seema goyal. i have never seen such a disgusting and pathetic doctor. illiterate people talk beter than you lady. her attitude her way of talking everything was soo disgusting. she didnt even bother to look at my reports. this is what happens when money becomes important than health if you wana feel more il you can go to this doctor.

All staff almost relatives of each other, everyone sleeps on duty in night time. Staff treats patients care takers as there slaves. Cleaning staff demands money. My experience extremely frustrating .There medical equipment is outdated not maintained. ICU is extremely useless. No human values ..I can assure the positive reviews are from hospital related people. I didn't see any positive point . Dr is the ultimate power for everything. Everything at his/her mercy. It is charitable hospital but don't admit any patient without depositing money.

Plzz try to avoid this hospital . The staff is always busy in thier personal space . Moreover they recommend some local medicine which is very expensive they recommend me a medicine which was costing 500 for 6 pills i bought the same drug of sereum institute for 84 for 6 pills

Pathetic service . Nurse's lack knowledge of hospitality , If you ask them about test results and medication timings they start yelling at you. It seems like nurse's and doctors are the only supreme power here . Attendant of patients treated so badly every once in a while they will order you to run for medicine , test results ,& deposit money in advance before every major/minor test. No professional ethnics in the staff. I suggest everyone to visit any other hospital instead of shree ragunath if accessible easily.

Good hospital for short term treatment. Here there are doctors available for every kind of disease like skin, bones, teeth etc. The treatment is cheap. Ambulance is available 24 by 7. There is canteen, opd, rooms and other facilities available here.

It was wonderful experience with this hospital as far as hospitality is concerned. Doctors ,Nurses and supporting staff are giving their 100% within the given infrastructure which is good.My mother was admitted 3days back and Doctor's Sandhu's team were so proactive which was unbelievable particular in Ludhiana where patients are treated like commodities. If the administrative aspect becomes more effective then it will be boon for humanity. Again I am grateful to Dr Sandhu who gives ample time to patient to make the satisfy. This Hospital is blessing and proves that Raghunath not only name but Connecting to God.
