Changing my review after multiple visits. Saag meat's taste is not constant what i had first time . I am.sorry to change my opinion . Have given feedback multiple times but no effect. Changing rating to 3 max that too because in the first time i liked it. First visit review:- I tastes saag mutton from here. I dont know why this place is underrated. Trust me ,taste was imfact better than kake n bhape which I am going since last 15 years. Guys go and just taste saag mutton.

The vibe is different during rush hours. You would find food lovers engorging upon various items of non veg for lunch or dinner or between hours. I loved the Dahi Mutton option better than the Butter Chicken here for lunch. The curry of the dahi mutton had a smoky flavor since it had been cooked upon flame of hot charcoal fire. It wasn't spicy at all and was delectable. Hats off to their owners to have maintained this place for all those dog years in history! Excellent place to visit if you love non veg food!

They are serving palatable food since 1948, I have been there so many times and I always try butter chicken and chicken saag, both items are delectable in taste. They serving extensive menu in affordable prices and taking care of hygiene and sanitation. In my opinion it's an economical joint in Connaught Place.

This Reataurant may not look all that appealing in the first look, but the food is to Die for.. I have been to this restaurant so many number of times , I don't even remember. If you want good Chicken/Mutton in Gravy ( Curry, saag, Dahi Etc ) this is the place to eat. you can avoid the Tikkas here. The Tandoori chicken is also good. Drink only Botteled Water. You get another helping of Gravy Free of Charge if you finish your Gravy. You can go with Friends or your Family or your Girl Friend. The place is Priced very reasonably & GOOD FOOD is my Verdict.

Excellent chicken curry served with desi ghee n leg piece . Goes well with Tandoori Roti . Also tried Mutton curry , Egg Curry . Amazingly tasty food. Best time to visit is 7 pm everything is fresh n dine in is easily available

Omg the curry was soooo creamy and delicious!! The best I've had so far. The garlic naan was delicious too.

The National Restaurant in Cannaught Place offers a variety of vegetarian meals. One can full up their stomachs. The lication is really very nice and easy to catch. The restaurant is on the opposite side of Naturals Ice cream. One can have their meal and then also get ice cream in front of it. The quality of food was nice but the quantity wasn't enough. And service was quite fast. They really need to work on hygienes and ambiance. The place was a little dirty. Also the quality of food requires good presentation which was lacking in this restaurant.

It's a Dhaba in the middle of a city...the highway dhaba in the heart of Delhi, that is Connaught Place. A no nonsense place...come, eat hot food, eat saunf , pay your bill and leave. In and out in 20-25 mins. Good old benches and table, fans, food and rotis being prepared in front of you, served there and then, light on stomach and light on pocket.
