Worst place, no hygiene, pathetic maintenance. Stinking odour welcomes you on checking in the room; they don't provide buckets for bath neither do they provide shower caps; complimentary breakfast is given in the adjacent restaurant by a token and you need to eat what they give rather than what you wish. Room charges are exorbitantly higher for the bad quality. Do not recommend this hotel for any decent family.

The have not trained their staff the basic etiquettes. 1. Rooms are been cleaned with your knowledge - your privacy is breached. 2. Before checking out - they don't call you either Jus barge in with master key to remind you about check out. - again privacy is breached. I strictly recommend apologies from management and people before renting this property think 100 times.
National Residency: We had stayed in this hotel for 3 days with friends and family. We have booked total 6 rooms. Hotel: We have booked through Make my trip, Check in was smooth, did not face any issue. Ambience was good. Hotel room was sufficient for 2 adults. On cleanliness all were neat and tide including bed and rest room. Overall we all satisfied with the accommodation. This hotel was on par with 4 star facility except buffet was not available. Breakfast: Breakfast was provided in Shivalli restaurant attached to hotel. Breakfast we had same menu on all days as we were stayed for 3 days, it was annoying for everyone to have same food daily. Food quality was okay. Need to change the food on daily basis. Atleast should be flexible enough to replace the item what the children's asked for.
Too low service in comparison to price. Had to stay just for a night as all hotels were booked on December 31st. Amenities were all there but there is a very need to maintain them. Hotel room was not clean, although the bed sheet, pillow covers were too dirty, no towel in the bathroom, 200ml bottles 2pcs for one family. If you need water, to pay them then they give you. Reception area has two people only. No staff to maintain the hotel. One aged security person who did everything, although not enough for him. Noise can be heard from this room, people will be disturbed from sleep. The getup is too good but inside a hell just i feel in one night. One Veg restaurant tied it up beside it. They fixed the breakfast menu, if you change 2 items only and a poor quantity and quantity not enough for one person. I'm not recommend this hotel for family holidays.
