Excellent way to commemorate the sacrifice of cops who perished saving us. So very well built! Informative! I was in tears by the end of the tour. Salute to the martyrs!

A must visit place for every Indian to remember the supreme sacrifice made by the Police Force of all states and especially the CRPF,BSF,ITBP,SSB,CISF. Situated near the Police Station Chanakyapuri and Teen Murti. More than 36000 names of martyr soldiers engraved on the walls. A beautiful and pleasant atmosphere will make you feel proud of our Gumnaam Soldiers of Police Forces. War memorial is known to so many people but this memorial is standing silent and only a few people know this memorial. There is an AC cafe being run by CRPF which serves Tea,Coffee,Snacks,key chain,T shirts etc at very reasonable prices. By these items to spread awareness among common people about these ignorable or lesser known martyrs.Jaihind

The memorial is quaint and well laid out. The museum is interesting with a great section about the history of Police in the subcontinent since ancient times. The souvenir shop is not that great and could be much better with a wider variety of memorabilia. But it is worth a visit.

It's a good well maintained Museum dedicated to Indian Police force of different states , and Central Police forces . It also well explained Indian policing history since indus valley civilization and how it got developed. It also have name of policemen died while performing duties and some special operations. They have good clean AC cafe which serve some beverages and snacks at Avery reasonable prices. As a Indian one can visit to know about police history.

This memorial to pay respect to our brave police personnel who laid down their lives in the service of the nation is beautifully maintained. People on duty at the memorial were extremely polite. Though we were there in memory of our own loved one whom we had lost in the line of duty this place deserves a visit by everyone visiting Delhi.

In a sombre ceremony held on October 21, 2018, Hon'ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi paid homage to the valiant Policemen who laid down their lives while defending the integrity of our motherland by laying a wreath and remembering the brave Policemen who made the supreme sacrifice. He also dedicated the newly constructed National Police Memorial at Chanakyapuri, New Delhi to the nation. The National Police Memorial (NPM) site is located at the crest of Shantipath in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi and the NPM campus has a tiered landscape having capacity to accommodate over 750 persons. It provides a panoramic view of the actual podium and ceremonial parade ground in front from various angles at the site. The newly constructed Wall of Valour at NPM on which names of the martyrs are inscribed, stands as a silent acknowledgement of the bravery and sacrifice of Police personnel, who have laid down their lives in the line of duty since Independence.
