They treating customers like we owe them money , travelled 40+ km to reach here And my transfer was not done because I was late by just 10mnts Never ever taking this insurance again

I had just gone there to enquire about the porting of existing medical policy to national insurance, i don't now about the people weather they are busy or acting busy, visited two three counters and my issue is not solves, then I think that India is a big country and lakhs of insurance branches are there and any one of them can solve my concern

There is no place worst than these. Dirty intolarant scumbags works for the company.. They never want to help you. Never ever take insurance from them

For a government office, the people were really helpful. I could see a huge positive change in the attitude of the staff.

Never expect fast service from them, Claimed for car insurance and recieved lots of humilation from these guys. 0 star out of 10. Say no to national insurance
