Hi, We are from Tuni, and the nearest vehicle dealership to me is in Rajahmundry, which is 100 kilometres away. How is it that someone would go 100 miles merely to get a claim notification? This is definitely not fair. Your online app, customer support number, and online portal are all not functioning. I appreciate you telling me this. I am quite certain that this is the end of national insurance. You must adapt your business practises in order to compete with other insurance providers. I do not want your insurance to continue into the future.

I called the local office requesting a quote for my Honda CITY and they have no interest in my business and moreover they are rude too. I 'd never call them again or recommend them to anyone. I called them because National Insurance is an American Company I assumed the local office is the India affiliate but very disappointed at the indifference
