National Hospital - Private hospital in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

I recently visited the National Hospital for my father's health checkup, and unfortunately, our experience was a complete disappointment. While most of our tests proceeded smoothly, we encountered a significant delay for the 2D echo test. Despite being initially informed that the test would start at 1:30 PM, it did not commence until 2:30 PM, causing an frustrating hour-long delay. Regrettably, our troubles didn't end there. After the test, we were hastily handed the 2D echo report, only to discover later at home that it belonged to another patient. This mistake is alarming, as it raises concerns about the hospital's accuracy and reliability in following proper procedures. When we contacted the hospital regarding this mix-up, they requested us to return the report in person for a replacement. Disappointingly, no apology was offered for this significant error. I had to make an additional trip to the hospital solely for a report replacement. I sincerely hope that such mistakes do not occur when handling important elements like blood samples, as this could have serious consequences for a patient's diagnosis and treatment.

The only two good things about this hospital is cleaniness and the icu continuous monitoring , actually in india most casualties in hospitals are due to poor monitoring, but here a nurse will stand continuously near every bed. Rest , no good doctors, very young duty drs (which is dangerous) , super costly, they will make you yo buy medicines from their own store with no discount, will only accept cash, this was when i admitted my grandmother 3 years back. Not sure if they still grab money like that.

One of the best hospital in Bhopal. They maintain terrific hygiene and the hospital always looks neat and clean. Staff is friendly and nurses are very professional. Doctors are very reliable.Though some people find it expensive and I want to tell them if you want the good services and hygiene then you have to pay for it. Hospital is not keeping that money in their pocket. There are plenty of hospitals with cheap services and bad hygiene.This hospital has saved my friend's life from a bad bike accident.

Pure professional !! They will charge 10% additional on all your expense and won't tell you while admitting. Even not wait till discharge every day they will ask for payment. They even not exampt patient dress and bedsheet charges.. if patient is no more, either you have to pay for dress and bedsheets or have to change then only you can take body. I don't know this is frustration or anger I am showing in this platform because I lost my mom here, But yes people says and I read on reviews.. people come alive here but goes as body only in most of the cases. Think twice .. check options then only take any decisions to come here.

ICU staff definitely takes proper care of patients whether it is continuous monitoring of BP , HR , spo2 , pulse , etc or taking care of diet of patients. you don't need to stay with the patient , it's just maybe an hourly visit that's enough to provide them with the medicines and stuff.

This hospital is very good. All the facilities are available here and the nature of the employees is also good.

Very expensive hospital, They can't even justify the charges. I suggest to go for other hospitals.
