I think most of the below reviews are misguided ones. My grandmother recently got treated for her Pancreas and the entire experience was good. Dr.Sunil Rai is one of the best Gastroenterologist in Borivali. His diagnosis and handling of the patient is very good. We never got misguided on any front. The hospital staff is very kind and polite. My grandmother walked out with recovery and is currently doing well. I would have given 5 stars if the hospital had better infrastructure/ lift and rooms. Barring this, its a go-to place for any Gastro related issues and Dr.Sunil Rai is a kind hearted person.

Was here for PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) and for getting Medical Certificate (My visit time 9.30pm when there were only 2 more people like me to meet Doctor). Following will be my experience towards people I met in this Hospital 1. Receptionist was rude and arrogant. 2. Doctor was somewhat nice to talk (But very very very expensive) {1600 rupees for hardly 3 minutes work} 3. Nurse was super arrogant, she didn't even knew where Doc's stamp to be stamped. When my father told her that you were not suppose to stamp on doctor's sign then she had typical arrogant answer ready. (Her attitude was like she is working in a Government Hospital where nurses deals with so many patients at a time.......and during my visit I think there where hardly 3 patients)

Receiptionist is arrogant. Dr's was end time was 1pm and doctor came at 12.30. On first visit doctor will give u sufficient time with busy on laptop listening you, but on 2nd visit they will immediately start writing medicine without listening properly what is the condition of patient during 2nd visit. Very bad experience.

Here i would like to share my complete experience, So i was suffering from chest pain fever and other viral things where i got admitted in two namely hospitals like Jupiter and Samartha where i was kept almost 15 days where numbers of report were taken like CT scan, X ray, ECG etc and the treatment was not at all satisfied it cost me around almost 1 lac + money with no satisfactory services.. its not the matter of money but yes after putting so much money i was still having the same pain. But one of my old family doc suggested me Mr. Jignesh he saw my X-Ray report and immediately got to know about the exact thing which i was suffering from and that had hardly cost me anything just his consulting fees, he had also helped me how i could save my money in medicines and where i can operate my plueral fluid (Chest pain). I would say no doctor can entertain on phone call they ask you to visit at their place but Dr. Jignesh has always helped me through call. One of the finest and kind doctor.

IT IS NOT A HOSPITAL. Been here once, on 8th dec 2016. (required stitches) WORST hospital in Mumbai to rely upon. The staff is well trained to extract money from patients. Consulted "Dr. Sunil Rai" who just pretends to be extremely busy but totally oblivious."Dr. Sunil Rai" initially suggested skin glue and found out that there was no skin glue available , thus Quoted Rs. 2,500 for stitching a mere 1 cm wound (the job was done in a more specialised clinic in just Rs 600) "Dr. Sunil Rai" thus ended up charging Rs 200 for his precious time (180 seconds) and cutting edge expertise in REMOVING a neat, well put dressing on the wound. Sincere request to "Dr. Sunil Rai"/National Hospital to stop looting needy patients.

Doctor, receptionist and nurse ...all staff are arrogant and very rude.On first visit dr.jignesh patel treat you well but on 2nd visit he will immediately writting prescription even not listening what was the exactly issue and then busy with laptop.. If he recommend you for hospitalization ..but you don't hospitalize your patience then he become very arrogant. .... actually I doubted on his knowledge he don't know which medicine is use for he only type symptoms in laptop and get all medicine list from software and print and give it to you .... actually in market there is many softwares are available and he use this....I think he is laptop doctor.....after I visit my family doctor he told me that you don't have to take this medicine it's wrong treatment..so I strictly not RECOMMENDED.

Very poor staff n service...don't have a humanity..if any patient is there for emergency..they don't care at all n only follow there rule n regulation..we heard a story abt Munna Bhai hospital n staff..it's just the same...no humanity at all..worst experience..

Plz close your hospital,very bad behaviour with patients,, staff is useless.
