Natasha Hotel - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

Bed bugs in rooms, rooms are dirty, a massive 1 1/2 inches cockroach crawled out from behind the bed while my mother was sleeping. Nothing but spiderwebs and dead roaches behind bed and inside sealing lights. Lizards in rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are dirty, not really usable. Towels, bedsheets, mattress, pillows etc are extremely dirty. This hotel will make your trip to Goa a disappointment, spend the extra money and go somewhere nicer, try Hotel Campal not that much more expensive and significantly nicer with room service and wifi etc. The AC doesn't come with a remote, you have to ask the person at the counter to change anything on the AC. I originally live in the US, have travel all over India and Europe and many countries in Africa, out of all the places I've stayed this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

From outside view u will feel like wahoo.when u enter inside to room feel like u entered in slum house rooms. 1)no water supply in wash hand basin. 2)bathroom door have a hole. 3)bathroom is full dirty and full of bad smell not a hygienic. 4)rooms have like all secondhand mattress, pillows,bedsheets,coubard, walls with dampness wall paint peeling off, they will not provide soap and shampoo. 5)no water pressure in the tap,u have to wait for minimum 10min to fill the 20ltr bucket. 6)Bucket and it's mugs are very dirty feels like they have not cleaned it for at least 5yrs like. 7)towels also like not good. 8)no room service,no near by hotel for food even u will not get water for drinking. 9)evening street food will get near main road only panipoori type. 10)Highly not recommended for family and but ok bachelors. Charged 1800rs for one room. 11)location of the hotel is good if they do more improvement in maintaining cleanness then this will be good for stay. Max payable for this hotel room's will be 1000 to 1500 only.

Worst hotel ever. Rooms are not clean, dust and trash everywhere. Cheap quality mattress. No WIFI, No TV, AC is making lot of sound. Bathrooms are not clean. Not worthy to stay here.

Good hotel. Decent rooms at reasonable price. They provide water only for free or paid(packaged bottle). TV, AC all things were working all fine. We stayed there for 3 days and no complaints at all. If you're first time in Goa, the staff is humble and supportive. It is also very close to the Miramar Beach. (They don't have food)

Hot was nice but need to imrovement. Towels not proper washed, cupbords are not available in room , insted of cupbords small dressing table is their you can not clots in this. No food or snacks only stay. Staff are very supportive. Good to stay but other service need to improve

Best for family and friends for holiday season

Staff,hotel and location was very good. Cheap and best hotel in goa.1000rs per night for me and i took 2 rooms for 2000. I would recommend everyone who is looking for cheap hotel stay. Yes as u prefer cheap there are some stuffs that i didnt liked, bedsheets were very old and uncleaned. Some insects bit me on my whole body and i changed hotel the very next day just because of it. If they maintain proper cleanliness and new bedsheets properly washed daily,it would become one of the best hotel in goa.

The room was very dirty small bed not clean bedsits bathroom was broken wall paint was damaged...I booked from oyo after reaching the property they said they don't take oyo booking I hav to book there only n the staff also rude they charge 1500 but no wifi ac was not working properly no ac remote no TV remote there was dust on the table it was very disappointing
