I love this temple for its traditional way of performing pooja and all mantras are chanted in Tamil. This temple is fondly remembered as Chennai il Chidambaram. As Chidambaram here also they do abhishegam for maragatha lingam six times a day.
It's really a new experience to praise Lord Shiva in a new way and all the slogans are in Tamil, which helps to understand it well. Temple will be like ur own family. Pleasant to have it in my nearby place.
This temple is a boon to people who cannot travel to Chidambaram frequently to see the graceful dance of Natarajar. There are lot of events happening and learnt lot of information related to Saiva siddhanta and 63 nayanmaars through my frequent visits to this temple. Please do visit and share your experience
