Rooms are spacious and clean. Receptionist Suresh was so caring, friendly and polite. When my kid was needed hot water for drinking, he immediately helped. He also very helpful in many ways. Rooms are worthy and near to temple. I highly recommends this hotel.

Hotel rooms are clean and tiidy, however are not worth. They look old and need redoing quite a bit. Bathroom need replacement of all plumbing works, though they are functional now
In SP Koil street in Chidambaram. A simple hotel close to the temple. We were given accommodation in the ground floor. They showed us the room which was clean but we asked them to clean the toilet and bathroom again, which they took up immediately. Have friendly staff. Parking is limited to about 3 cars. It is a medium sized room about 100 sqft. They provide soaps and some other amenities but not the towel. AC was good. Lot of mosquitoes in the area and better to carry your own solution for that. Has ample sockets and a small TV. Some wardrobes and a mirror with 2 single beds. They provided us extra bed for a charge which was good. Has a geyser in the bath which gives you the hot water. No restaurants in the hotel and no good one's nearby. Overall good for a day's stay to visit the temple and not for long stay.
The room is like a small carton box. Not worth the 2500 rs + charges. This is a lodge not a hotel, bathroom is pathetic, an unfinished one with broken heaters and rusty pipes. Positive thing is car parking otherwise think twice before you take this.
A good affordable hotel with all basic amenities, good towel and toiletry kit. Fully functional air conditioner with limited car park. Location very near to the Temple. Overall good for the family stay for a night. Good veg eateries available in a 1 KM radius so absence of restaurant is not an issue.
Rooms are clean with 2 beds, TV (Limited Tamil channels) attached restrooms with water heaters. Just stay and go type. Don't expect much. If you want to spend time (Restaurant, good view, kids play area etc....). Temple is within walking distance. Hotel is just below 400 meters away from the temple. Parking is very cramped in front of the entrance and maximum of 5 cars can be parked. Finally, Decent, affordable and comfortable & not great but not bad.
Good lodging if you aren't after very high. Service is good. Rooms are tidy , neat and clean. Wooden wardrobe smells a bit. Toilet needs still a bit more maintenance. No adequate car parking. No attached restaurant.
I had an amazing experience at Spiritual Stay! Owner Saravanan was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. One more good thing is they are not allowing Smoking, Alcohol and non-veg.
Wonderful hotel. The staff is good and welcoming. They provide quick room services. They also help booking the cabs if needed. The rooms are good too and the best is that this hotel just a few steps away from the Chidambaram Temple. Good place and go

Nice place for the price. Very near to the temple. Don't expect too much. If you want to have a place to sleep and have Darshan, this is the place to be. They have both AC and Non-AC rooms. Water heater available.
It is budget hotel, can't except like star hotel. But they maintained hygienic and neat. If you find doubtful they do rectification. Very friendly and understanding person is receptionist.
