Exotic vibes, amazing food, excellent services, rooms were clean and well organized, staff was well behaving, polite and we were getting late in the middle of the night and they were so supportive to quickly arrange a vehicle. Swimming pool and other amenities made our trip memorable, their welcoming gesture was great. True luxury with prices justifying standards. Looking forward to book portico for any new location we will visit in future.
Worst Experience in terms of Staff and their Arrangement. Please keep a track of whatever package is selected and get then in writing for any slight change because at time of Check Out, they will upfront reject the same especially Front Office. Don't mark and take their verbal words unless in writing. Rest Rooms and Location is good.
Only Location and Restaurant is good... rest all is not value for money. 1. Swiming pool was closed for more than 2 wks and staff at reception had no clue about it. 2. Common area cleanliness was not upto mark. 3. Room cleaning and service needs improvement. 4. View from room was of a very C grade hotel.
Location is a hit or a miss. Very hard to locate in a dense market area. Otherwise rooms are great. Would rate same as Lemon Tree few meters away. Service, i had to call multiple times for service. Need to work on that. Food was really good.

A long stay in Sarovar Portico. Room is clean and well maintained. Lacks view .. Prompt House - keeping staff. Food is spicy and manageable. Spread of Breakfast and Dinner are decent. Staff in the Restaurant are prompt and very polite.
Pathetic Services. No Power backup throughout the stay AC fluctuations. Slow Service, had to call every time for basic missing amenities like dental kit, towel & toilet roll, kettle was stinky, late order at restaurant. Throughout stay power fluctuations. Check-in time is 2 pm & took *2000 extra in the name of early check-in at 11 am*. Only 10 hours of stay that is 2 pm to 12 . Unbelievable. Had to wait for 1 hour every time we requested something at reception. Nobody was taking the responsibility of providing power backup..
5 start hotel at budget price. Highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here for 2 weeks. Highly recommend to everyone. If you want best price, try booking in make my trip.
