Beautifully managed. Well behaved & fully cooperative staff. Though some of the staff members would say "Yes Sir" not fully understanding what did u mean. U need to ask them what did they understood If u speak any other language than Punjabi. Restaurant was serving just a few items while displaying numerous options (may b due to covid impact on business).
Narula s Mall is located conveniently at the T- Junction on Mall and Taylor Roads in Amritsar. It's a corner building which has a few shops and a hotel to stay. Parking is the main problem here as it's located on busy Mall Road and Taylor Road Junction. There are limited shops that includes a cafe coffee day on the first floor which is quite big and nicely done with wash room facility. There s a Spa Saloon and a beauty saloon also located conveniently on the first floor facing west side on Taylor Road. There s big apparel shop called MUTE on the ground floor. This apparel shop has two sections located at the ground cum basement floors. Texture is the name of the Spa Saloon. Senses is the beauty parlour on the first floor. There s a hotel to stay called Narula s Hotel Aurrum which s on the ground floor. It's a budget hotel and is neatly done with all the facilities. There s one IELTS training and Career centre on the second floor called the Scenictionary Education,USA. Overall a small shopping complex with very limited options. Parking is a problem there.
Ambience is good. Staff is extremely co operative. The quality of food served is really very good. Rooms are spacious. They have different place for dining area just outside the hotel premises. Lack of parking space. (Underground parking available but not proper). Overall a better experience.

Good for stay but don't prefer their meal. Punjab is famous for kulcha paratha and heavy grevy and they don't include in single meal of the day.
