Historical places at narsinghgarh names ad narsinghgarh fort. The monument is not so well maintained but it remained so many historical thing. Please visit once in while if you came near bhopal . It is about 80 km from bhopal in Rajgarh district.

A beautiful fort languishing due to lack of any form of maintenance. Over here you can't find any guide boards or map or any information whatsoever telling you the history of this monument. Worse still, people have scrapped each and every wall of this fort with nonsense. Really hope this is maintained better
Best historical place to visit...great history but not maintained well...MP Government should maintain this fort...Bhopal to Narsinghgarh road is wonderful...but when we turn to reach here...road is so painful... another wise place is so beautiful

The fort and palace at Narsinghgarh was the official residence of the rulers of narsinghgarh state. till Maharaja Bhanu Prakash Singhji shifted to the Bhanu Niwas Palace in the town in 1962. In Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan the rulers of Narsinghgarh were the only rulers who lived in the fort. The fort was built nearly 300 years ago in the Rajpur, Mughal and Malwa style. The entire complex covers an area of 45.323 acres and a built in area of more than 177000 sq. feet. It has 304 rooms, 4 halls, 12 chowks and 64 varandas. It is situated nearly 350 feet above the town on the hood of a snake-like hill and the approach to the Fort by vehicles is through its tail. This fort is the third biggest in the former State of Madhya pradesh, now part of Madhya Pradesh State, after the Forts of Mandu and Gwalior. The fort's pool was made in 19th century.
There is great fort and we will like historical place and much more enjoyable and that fort hight is unconstitutional
