Narmade River View Resort & Restaurant - Hotel in Narmadapuram - Hoshangabad, India

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Narmade River View Resort & Restaurant, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not up to par. I encountered multiple issues during my stay that made it impossible for me to enjoy my time there. First and foremost, the water pressure in the bathrooms was abysmal. Taking a shower felt more like standing under a leaky faucet than enjoying a refreshing cleanse. It was frustrating to say the least, and it made me question the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and pleasant stay for its guests. To make matters worse, the pool was not in working order during my visit. I was not informed that the pool was undergoing maintenance at the time of making the booking. This lack of transparency on the hotel's part was highly disappointing and left me feeling cheated out of the amenities I had paid for. Additionally, the spa facilities were completely non-functional. I had been looking forward to indulging in some much-needed relaxation at the spa, only to find out that it was out of order. The staff informed me that the spa had been out of service for quite some time, which left me wondering why this information was not conveyed prior to my arrival. It is unacceptable for a hotel to advertise spa facilities and then not deliver on that promise. Overall, my experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. The low water pressure in the bathrooms, the non-functioning pool, and the useless spa all contributed to an incredibly disappointing stay. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they address these issues and improve their services.

We had dinner over here.. it's was nice experience.. food is good.. permises maintained well and clean.. Gr8 view of Narmada River...

Nice place to spend calm and quiet days. Very serene on the border of Narmada river. Nice room views.

The location is great on the bank of river Narmada and a lovely view . The rooms are quite good.. but some rooms have pachy walls and some room got ac problems. If you go to their resturant you want to be patience. Very slow response . Delivery will be min 15 to 20 minutes. How ever you ask to customise they will provide what they want to give.

Bed was not good back ache resulting, although we booked deluxe room; service is not upto the mark; several times could not order food over room phone; location is good but the room provided to us did not have narmada dharsan; however staff are friendly

Parking is very congested plus entey is sloppy. We stayed in room 206 which was reasonably big and clean. AC remote was not working properly even AC needs servicing. In bathroom bucket n mug was dirty. Overall it is ok in city like Hoshangabad. 3/5 marks.

It is 3 star property, at a very prime location as it is situated at Bank of holy river i.e. Narmada. Entrance is very nice, wheel chair accessible entry. Rooms and ambience is awesome. Riverside view is fantastic and you can experience spirituality, mindfulness and peace. Service is also quick overall staff is humble.
