I visited this place for dry cleaning at Crystal Dry cleaning. I never experienced such a worst service in my life. Regardless of the extended delay in getting the service done, they totally ruined my clothes. Totally non-experinced staff who are clever enough to justify their wrong doing. Never recommend Crystal Cleaners at Narmada Shopping Complex

This is one of the oldest shopping complexes in Trivandrum. Thought it has lost a bit of sheen to the spanking new malls, there are still quite a few utility stores in the complex. They have hardware shops, tailors, boutique stores, laundry service and a few more. You can find a restaurant also nearby. The shopping complex is located in an access road near the IT Commisionerate. There's ample parking space on both sides of the road.
