With much lesser experience related to hospital and diseases, I have only heard about the ill and bad facilities available at various government and trust operated hospitals. But my only experience in the hospital was good. The staff was humble and was on the time to take care of the patient. Kudos to the cleanliness and hospitality staff. Food can be improved but as it is meant to be for the patients, it was not bad at all. The health booster soups and other things were served at regular intervals. The general ward, special ward and semi-special ward were maintained neat and clean. A star less because of the hygiene which can be improved in public restrooms.
Very bad experience.I personally recommend not to go to that hospital. Pathetic doctors they don't understand there responsibility. I got very Bad experience, I am an Ex servicemen and have ECHS card, I went Narhari Hospital for treatment of my son Shubham k Jha. This hospital is panel of ECHS but treatment done only paying fees, whether I went there on Emergency, and nown they are not refunding my money. It should be free of cost.
Good treatment and doctors. But nursing staff is very rude and careless towards patients. Accounts department is very greedy and adds false charges. Nursing charges are equal to private hospitals. Discharge takes 4-5 hours even after doctor gave discharge note 24 hours ago. Almost every patient is charged incorrectly high and if you go to get it corrected they will add other charges and keep the bill same. Very very greedy people. This is not a charitable trust hospital by the charges but it is definitely a charitable hospital by the services. If not for the doctor, I would not visit this hospital.
Hospital is good but lack of staff found at new and old case counter. I have found one nurse behaviour not well, she tells me other patients discharge within 3 to 4 days and you are staying more than that. Except these two occasions all over experience was good.
Bad experience.. although receptionist didn't know about the timings of x Ray and sonography.. she given false information and after reaching to hospital they told us that information is false.. Management should be improved this facility.. nowadays everyone taking information on calls..
