Narcoz has a gorgeous view of the hills from inside and outside. We loved the ambience of the cafe. Food wasn't the best. Unless you have your own car, getting here and especially going back would be a struggle. One of the foods we loved was spring roll.
Used to be my preferred watering hole what with the fine vistas and the toothsome Afghani momos. However, the last time I was there I noticed a group of flying insects hovering close to the ceiling. This has left me wondering on whether I will visit this place again.
