Had a conference attended in main hall, ground floor. Big hall that accommodated stalls as well the buffet area. Good food, only vegetarian! The toilets though sophisticated, the idea of mats kept below male urinals, instead of frequent swabs, looks disgusting. Found a smoking lounge. Very elegant reception.

The service is the worst. The hotel is strong candidate for negative rating, the guys managing from top to bottom all work like a scam. What ever service you ask them one guy will commit but the other one denies it. You will end up losing your quality time just managing little little things. Don't get attracted to the location and amenities they will ruin your holiday. Amenities which they will show are all chargeble and only available before 10am. So get this clarified upfront and don't forget to take in writing each and every small aspect as for you it may be small but these guys are beyond your imagination. Highly not recommended for visit with your families

You will end up losing your quality time just in searching and in coordinating with the managers. Don't get attracted to the location and amenities as they show. Amenities which they will show are all chargeble and only available before 10am. So get this clarified upfront and don't forget to get everything in writing as they ask for proof in writing when they are not able to deliver what they offered. The one line they say is this is not in our hands and food is managed by someone else , stay by some other, then again recreation by some other . In short nothing is in their hands and they cannot do anything. And this was not the case only with us, a lot of guests were complaining about the same at the reception on the same day. Highly not recommended for families/groups/ or some one wishing to enjoy the reacreational facilities.

Excellent service and premises!! The location is on main road and easy to reach through SP Ring Road. Premises is extremely well maintained and staff is very helpful too. Food was nice too!

Rooms where Great in View N for Rest; calm & silent area, "Impressive Wide Entrance", Wide Area, Large N Beautiful Place, Good Nature View cum Broad Highway Road Nr.by. Hotel Staff is also very responsive and good in manner.

I visited there to attend seminar though it's Rainy day but No velet parking available. Secondly the entrance was for Car Ramp(slopy) and NO stairs for walk-in customers, it's rainy day I have walk on sloppy walkway it's very dangerous for women and senior citizens. Welcome drink was served with Pineapple topping after 2hour of seminar start and when it reached to me it was Lunch time and pineapple topping was missing. During lunch also NO rotis were available even I told Service manager but I didn't get during my whole Meal time. (Though it is Rainy day and Full attendance was not in Seminar) The serving spoon for veges are Flat type and area was also small for a bowl of veges you have to pour 4-5 times to take eatable portion. Food was good. Roof of conference room is also leaking from some places. Overall I didn't like much.

I'm sharing my really unfortunate experience having dealt with Manish, Shubham, Mukesh at Narayani Heights. 1) I had explicitly called ahead to request a twin room, and then rechecked this at check-in twice. To my horror, I entered the room (exhausted after a 20hr journey and desperately in need of dinner & sleep) to find a king bed. This then took over 90mins to switch rooms after I called reception 3 times (each time being told someone would ring me back in 5mins, but then didn't) 2) In the 2nd room I was offered, the floor carpet had huge wet patches in 4 major parts of the room, clearly showing signs of damage. Again I called the reception and was promised a resolution or room switch. After ringing 3 times over 2hrs (each time being told someone would ring back or resolve it, but never did), a member of staff arrived, saw it was wet, but offered no solution and they had no rooms to switch me to. I then had to ring again before a manager sent up towels to cover the patches 3) Finally, on check out, we requested compensation for our issues and to speak to a manager. In this conversation, we were accused of complaining too much ("no other guests have had any issues") and offered just a Rs. 90 (PS1) discount for each guest on a buffet meal we didn't even want. We also were accused of lying ("we offered you a room switch but you didn't take it") and were laughed out of the hotel. Shocking experience, completely lack of respect for a guest, and dirty, damp room which may have been soiled by anything for all I know. Such a disappointing stay for us.
