This lake is one of Drinking Water source in chennai. You can see some rare birds in the Lake. People who stays near by the Lake polluting it but the Govt started protect this lake by putting fence around it.People should avoid throw garages inside the Lake or near the lake shore.

Calm place to get more peace lot of fishes there people used to come here for baiting. There is a place that we can sit and have baiting.

Water stored after good spell of rain but people spoiling the place and nature by not maintaining it well

My favorite lake my small age enjoy swimming all time

Nice lake with lot of rare birds... NT given proper care.. measures taken to protect seems NT appropriate
