Very rude and worst behaviour of staffs! Last week we went with our family to buy a necklace, to show us a necklace pattern they made us sit for half an hour, a staff was flirting with 2 female staffs. We decided to leave suddenly they decided to bring some necklace box from display! Then we decided to leave anyway. They started shouting at us in front of everyone, there was this woman who supported us then those idiots decided to shut their mouth! They need a good ground incharge who can control these kinda of misbehaving

We know this jewellery shop before 1990's. Very good place for Gold and silver jewelry. The purity of gold is great and the have very good collections of jewels. The place is neat and clean. The staff behavior is very good, kind and helpful especially the salesman Mani. They have monthly payment scheme for Jewels which is helpful for monthly salaried family to buy gold.

I have visited mayiladuthurai narayanan jewellery for more times... As our family are the regular customer in narayanan jewellery... When we compare to other jewellery in an around mayiladuthurai-here saving scheme(chit) is good and if we join the gold saving plan they will give some gifts belongs to how much money you will pay for each month(once we paid upto 11 month you can buy a gold they will give bonus amount also)... We can get all varieties of gold,silver, platinum and diamonds jewellery here... Mr.Ramesh sir is really great in handling their customer... Reason for giving 4 star is some of the sales person are not responding well to the customer. Its my own experience.

My favour jewellery shop in town.latest collection on time being. transparency calculation. The team leader Mr .Ramesh professional way of satisfying the entire customer. Happy selling Narayanan jewellery...

Very WORST store for making fool of customers ...the supervisor response is very worst and the additional prices differ person to person..very rude type on deducting wastages on old jewels even it made in the same shop. recently a government bank has openly said that the jewels made from Narayanan shop in non KDM type should not be accepted for gold load process..be aware of mixing with Gold....very scared about their originality

Very bad experience i order ring in booking time said just 3 days but now no proper response everyone telling story

I purchase silver, one gram Market Rate (Chennai Rate) Rs.73.30 but Narayanan Jewellery Rate Rs.79 How is it possible......

Worst experience... No proper response from the management and employee... And also getting more price compared to other jewellery... After this experience we have closed all the chit card
