I recently had the pleasure of receiving treatment at Narayana hospital , and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel at ease. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was soon seen by a nurse who took my vitals and asked me about my symptoms. The nurse (Dechen)was very thorough and compassionate, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. She also explained the next steps in the process in a way that was easy to understand. I was then seen by the doctor, who was just as friendly and knowledgeable as the nurse.

Had come for the free Blood Pressure/Sugar test conducted at the Richmond Park today. Really appreciate the professionalism and etiquette of Ms.Kaliammal, the nurse. She was so accommodating that the even went beyond the stipulated time to check us Sr. Citizens. Please put my appreciation for her on record.

Consulted Dr. Sharat, who was extremely good with his explanations and guidance to the patient. Appointment was handled quickly without much waiting. Mrs. Pearl of the nursing desk was very helpful and cared to inform us of the waiting position. Even the interior setup seems very soothing and doesn't feel like a hospital.

I had visited the hospital for a routine check up. The staff is very efficient and polite, right from Kiran, the senior executive, to everyone doing the health tests and the General physician, Dr. Shwetha. The results came very fast within just a few hours of giving the blood samples. The medical centre is extremely clean and comfortable as well. Thank you for taking such good care of the patients!

Courteous Staff & prompt services !! Close proximity too, since close to our home. Big boon was the home collection service. We had Vindhya Shree who made it to our place, exactly at the appointed time (despite being early morn), took our blood samples without even we feeling it & promptly sent us the test reports too. Appreciated !! We also had pleasant experiences with few other staff like Sr Amla & Sr Pearl who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable & ease the process. Thank you

Consulted Dr Thimmappa Hegde, Neurologi, for persisting back pain post old spine surgeries. The Doctor was absolutely kind and open on discussion, suggested couple of Radiology investigations, and upon analysing the Reports has reiterated his initial observation that the old issues cannot be rectified now, and sfurtger so urgery is not recommended
