One of the most worst hospital and management that I ever visited. Not at all customer friendly. From booking appointment till you go out of hospital each and every department will piss you off by behaving like government hospital staff. Never visit hospital if u wish to have better service or healthy atmosphere. Just go to KR hospital or Jai Deva you can get the same things done at better price with some responsibility. BTW worst MRI and scanning team. The lady at the front desk is the most irresponsible. She deserves to get fired immediately.
Everything is good but seating arrangement is something they have to really work on. Almost outside all departments there is no place to seat even for patients. Patients are standing even outside oncology department for hours which was not at all upto the mark. This picture is from oncology department where patients were waiting and their staff continuously insisted patients to seat down many of them answered where to seat and wait till their turn. I would personally like to inform management on this issue.
I was admitted to female general ward under Dr. Nagesh sir (Urology). Without any doubt I can say he is one of best doctor. The service was very good They taken care of everything very well Nurse Divya also took care of me very well Totally the service was very good Staff were friendly and approachable.

Overall good experience. I have done a overall body health checkup. Got multiple test including PFT whose procedure was clearly explained by the concerned person, Prasanna D B. He gave demo and explained clearly how to do which will be easy for first time testers.
