Reserved a private room, Exceptional professionalism displayed by the staff on the floor. The cleanliness standards were meticulously maintained. Regular visits by doctors and the nursing staff exhibited a prompt and attentive approach. Special mentioned and thanks to Dr Abha Gupta and Dr Pathak. Despite minor inconveniences faced by occupants/visitors, such as scattered billing/insurance/and other formalities counters, the overall experience remained overshadowed by the commendable conduct of the hospital staff. There is a suggestion for a single-window system to streamline these processes.
The rating I gave earlier was due to a clerical mistake. Now my opinion , the doctors nursing staff and other staff of all the here are very very good. Experience holder. The cleanliness of the hospital is excellent and very good like the bathrooms beds Floor rooms and other. Now my rating is 5

As tourists, we were not sure which doctor to consult when my kid suddenly started suffering from terrible bouts of vomiting.A highly recommended local doctor at a small time clinic (Uni##a hospital) we consulted wanted to get my kid admitted for gastritis. Thankfully, we decided to trust NH instead and went for second opinion to Dr Pathak in pediatrics department who not only diagnosed the issue correctly as related to her cough issue, but also suggested to let her get nebulization done in hospital itself if we don't want to buy a nebulizer. Within 2 hours, she regained her appetite and all her "gastric" issues went away as well. Within 4 hours, she was back to her usual naughty self, and we did not have to get her admitted either. I Really appreciate the excellent medical skills and professionalism shown by doctor Pathak, the nursing staff and NH team. The hospital is slightly distant (30 mins from railway station) but situated in an area with wide roads and IT tech parks. There is a 24 hour emergency service that is well equipped to handle any issues. The consultation fees are not exorbitant.

THE EXPERIENCE WITH DOCTOR K.K. SHARMA WAS VERY NICE BUT THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE STAFF WAS BAD. THE STAFF DOES NOT LISTEN PROPERLY TO THE PATIENTS AND ARE BUSY IN THEIR PERSONAL LIFE AND IN MOBILES.
