A solid money minting business factory. Half and hour dressing job done in 2 hours and hence bill of 500 easily escalated to 2000. On top of it the depressed faces of sadist staff busy in obvious time pass probably to justify the hefty charges was even more disappointing.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience at your hospital, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. I visited your facility due to a case of food poisoning, expecting prompt and efficient medical attention. However, I was met with an unpleasant encounter characterized by rude staff and a seemingly indifferent doctor. My primary concern arose from the insistence on conducting multiple tests, which appeared unrelated to my condition, before initiating any treatment. Specifically, I found it perplexing that a simple case of food poisoning was met with resistance to providing intravenous (IV) saline, a common and generally accepted practice in such situations. The rationale provided, which seemed to revolve around adhering strictly to a "protocol," left me with the impression that the focus was on financial considerations rather than prioritizing patient care. Moreover, my interactions with junior doctors further heightened my concerns. Their apparent lack of expertise and, in some cases, a seeming lack of awareness about the situation, led me to question the overall competence of the medical staff. It left me with the impression that some may be driven more by sales targets than genuine concern for patient well-being. I want to emphasize that my intention in sharing this feedback is not to simply criticize but to express my disappointment and suggest areas for improvement. As a patient seeking medical assistance, my priority is receiving effective and compassionate care. In contrast, I recently sought medical attention at Lotus, where the staff exhibited a commendable level of understanding and support. Their prompt and appropriate treatment allowed me to recover within a day. I hope you take this feedback constructively, with the aim of enhancing the overall patient experience at your hospital. It is my belief that every patient deserves a positive and effective healthcare encounter.

Recently underwent a surgery for my left shoulder, the doctors are extremely good, but the management needs to be more patient oriented than money minded. Though I had got all the blood work done six months ago in their main hospital in Bommasandra which is carrying a very good reputation, the authorities here insisted I should undergo blood work, 2-D echo, HIV test (I felt insulted here as none of the hospitals which I visited before for my surgery conducted this test) and blood grouping. Blood group, any lame person will be knowing his/her blood group, instead of asking me my blood group the hospital authorities took the liberty to do things on their own. All these things made me regret my decision to get admitted here to undergo the procedure. The only star in this black hole is the set of extremely dedicated doctors. If these doctors are available for consultation anywhere else, I suggest you better go there. My surgeons were Dr. Kazim Mahmood and Dr. Ganesh (they are excellent) and anesthetist was Dr. Prabha who was patient friendly and never made me feel that she was a doctor. The bill was no way less, on par with other commercial hospitals. At least now the hospital authorities should wake up and change their ways, else I am sure they will lose patients. One more point to highlight here is my cot which is supposed to be having a strong support rods to enable patients to hold it and get up from the bed had the screws missing and the house keeping staff which is supposed to maintain all these things in an order was missing in action, the partition curtain was torn and I have shared the photo, it was hanging loose. You can see from one of my photos shared here, the automatic closing system of the door is malfunctioning as a result if the door is kept open, it is open and patients lying in the bed closer to the door are open to everyone who is walking in the pathway. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE, NOT JUST TAKE MONEY FROM PATIENTS. We come to you because of the trust we have in the main hospital. One more thing to bring to the attention of readers, after partially recovering from my surgery, I just went through the final bill, I am charged in excess for a lot of items in the surgical consumables which I have not even seen, for example shoulder immobilizer tynor kit, they have billed me for 995/- actually if I buy from a pharmacy outside this hospital it will cost me around 700/- then they have mentioned skin traction kit and charged me 495/-, I have not seen this at all, diathermy pad they say and charged me 940/- this also I have not seen at all. Here itself I can see they have just billed me 2300/- extra. It was the worst decision in my life for having gone to this hospital and got ripped. This is just a small reference to the readers, knowingly they have billed me excess here, where all they have ripped I don't know. If this continues, I am sure this hospital will be known for its notorious activities and nothing else. "SO THINK MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE ENTERING THIS HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT"

One of the worst hospitals in hsr! All they care is about billing. They have waiting time for emergency ward, just wow! Plus there are mosquitoes in the ward and blood stains on the sheets! Just a brand name and below par services.

Good and clean hospital. There is great team of doctors and good OT facility. The medical facilities are all great with good in-patient post operative care by doctors, nurses. The housekeeping staff is also good but they can respond to calls from the room a little faster. The admin/accounts department are very unprofessional with discharge and insurance calim settlement. Had a really bad experience during discharge. They need to be sensitive and more transparent towards the patient and his/her family. The parking is very limited with space for 10-15 cars with lot of bird droppings falling on the car. The streets next to the hospital are narrow and can be conjusted so better to avoid the street next to hospital. Cars can be parked on the nearby streets is hospital parking is unavailable.

I have to agree with the sentiments shared by the people here. I had to take my wife for a visit here. I called ahead to check if the GP was available and I was told he was. I also confirmed if I need to book an appointment but was told that I can walk-in as the waiting times were nominal. I reached and was told there is a 3 hour wait period. Now I am stuck and the other hospital is the other way around. I went out immediately so I cannot comment any more but from what I was able to observe from the limited time I was there was that the hospital is not maintained properly. The admin staff is lethargic at best. They gave contradictory statements within 3 minutes of talking. I bolted out immediately. Got to know that I cannot rely on NH for the future.
