Don't get misled with the Banner. NH Guwahati is not at all like the other NH SS Hospitals you see in other states. The heavily crowded OPD and other waiting areas were so hot, humid and suffocating without AC. The corridors were too shabby to the reputation of NH. The Patient Care number displayed on the corridor is not being picked up. There was visible and significant growth of mould and fungus on the ceiling. Need to improve quite a lot. Yet the Doctors & Staff were quite polite, professional and responsive.
Excellent place for health check up. I am visiting there for annual health check up since last 6 years or so. Pathology as well as radiology results are perfect without errors. Dr Mridul Bharali MD Medicine & Dr Ritankur Barkakoty, Sr Cardiologist are excellent. Support staff are very much helpful. Place is recommended for Health check up which is best as well as cheap.
Excellent service by Narayana hospital. As a patient you need not worry as each and every staff smoothly guide and support you. Everyone one is very cooperative and helpful. They do everything on their own. You can just track everything by there app and whatsapp messages.
Overall, the service and the experience at Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Guwahati, are good. Dr. Rajkumar Prakash is a professionally sound oncologist. He is very understanding and takes the time to listen to your concerns.
