pretty slow at processing everything. doctors don't want to do the work themselves rather delegated it to their sisters and brothers working at the hospital. the doctors are lazy and will redirect you to other places instead. a lot of hassle just to get your work done. overall trash staff. the hospital infrastructure is the only good thing here. the emergency is mostly useless most people don't even know how to do what. do not come here.

Hospital full of mosquito inside the hospital. Very poorly maintained. Most likely you'll end up getting Malaria or Denge. Very expensive as well. ICU costs average 50k per day! Be aware of forced reviews. 5 star reviews you'll see that has staff name are forced by the same staff. No way this hospital can get such high rating.

Nice & Well Equipped Multi-Speciality Hospital with Emergency and all facilities @ Our BARASAT We needed it near us @ Barasat. Nearby Airport on National Highway 34. Well furnished hospital with well trained and experienced Consultant team with Government health Scheme and other TPA health scheme facilities All medical lab investigations and radiology as well as biopsy option is also available within. Good in every aspect except the food, as per my latest indoor experience of the last few days. It wasn't like this even 4 yrs back that was my last experience or during my further experiences since the last 10 yrs. Presently, the food is of such content and quality that's cheaper than that of Indian Railways Catering but a lot better than roadside rice hotel. But that can't be what we expect from one of the best private hospitals in the whole District.

The quality of service has improved a lot. The waiting period is reduced. Painting and renovation gives a new look. Endoscopy changing room does not give a good look, in the waiting hall.

Others service is good but house keeping service is very bad.. After discharge, man power service is not available.. Still last 30 min they are not able to transfer the patient from HDU to car.
