I have admitted my father for BPH (prostate related), he stayed for a week in the hospital. * The Urology doctor is good and I was hoping the treatment was good. * Deluxe room nurses are very polite and quite assistive. Few pathetic experiences: * Post surgery, though I was expecting this, no doctor (Urology) briefed the attendant on what has been done and how did the surgery go. * There was no proper Aircondition in the ICU (post operate) * Some local ICU nurse (Mounica I guess) does not even know hot to talk to the attendants and shows big time attitude. * Insurance guy - was insisting on producing photograph of the insured, which is not mandatory and not so co-operative, gets into argument mode. * Blood bank in-charge is rude while attending the needs .. These folks need to be trained on behavioural skills on how to pick some amount of politeness while talking to the patients and the attendants. If any authority of this hospital is paying attention to this feedback could get back to me for more details.

Giving honest review after spending 9 days in hospital 1. Dr. Bharat kumar reddy in CICU 4th floor. Something he will speak to show he knows everything. But zero knowledge in medicine and don't know anything. simply timepass in iccu and sit in his cabin and plays with MacBook and mobile. No proper reply to answers for attenders. He REALLY REALLY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO RESPOND TO EMERGEMCY SITUATIONS in ICCU and it leads to death of patients. Money minded fellow , he knows we are paid patients and extended stay in iccu for money without treatment because of money. , worst doctor I have ever seen. 2. Dr. Tilak explains well but no proper treatment post surgery or stent 3. Dr. Raghavendra nephrologist, waste fellow doesn't come to patient and see who are admitted. See reports and write medicine 4. Dr. Kashyap same as above, worst fellow and don't know anything. 5. Nurses are Students. Playing with patients life. 4 nurses came to put canla and saline , everyone failed and they are calling senior nurse to help 6. Coming to emergency who are treating all are final year students, JR Doctors, and they will act as they are treating and nothing they will do. Doctors without medical knowledge are there in emergency department who are doing practice with critical patients and cause for their death. Meanwhile it's patient luck if he is alive. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO TO NARAYANA HOSPITAL. WORST HOSPITAL EVER IN NELLORE AND YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR DEAR ONES. I saw 4 deaths in ICCU when I spent 8 days there. Fully MONEY MINDED Doctors. The moment they know wr are paid patients that's it. They will discuss among them how to get money from these.

This is the worst hospital. Medical students and nursing students will do practice on patients without any knowledge and taking the life. Never ever go to this hospital for treatment.

No drinking water. Hospital is pumping Hot boiling water as drinking water, on hot Summer days. Almost all vending machines have managed and no one bothers to repair them. Sadly Administration is aware of it and pushing Sales of bottled drinking water. **You guys have mastered the art of making money.. *** No hygiene in restrooms. Stinking and full of dirt, unhygienically maintained. Horrible food in mess food courts. Food is sold at an exhorbitant prices. Extreme exploitation of ignorance. Patients are ragged and ill-treated by junior doctors. No empathy at patients. Senior doctors show unwanted egos at patients as if they are Lords. Oh God this hospital so mismanaged.. the person who rated this hospital NAAC A needs to be garlanded. GodSake, One Advice to doctors/junior doctors. Please smile at your patients. Half of their sufferings are gone.. !!! I will never ever visit this hospital again.

It's open for non covid Outpatient, inpatient and emergency services from 9/11/2020. Very clean atmosphere and highly sanitized. Treatment is not expensive but of high quality.
