I had booked for home blood test for my MIL 1 day back and the test was done without any hassle the next day morning! The booking staff was so cordial and the person who took her blood (Mr. Manikandan) was punctual and very accommodating. He explained whatever doubts we had with patience. I recently visited narayana clinic for cough n cold ...i was to give blood sample and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Mani, who collected the samples. Mani's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout. His calm demeanor and attention to detail made the process comfortable and efficient. His dedication to patient care is commendable, and I highly recommend this cilinic for their excellent staff like Mani and the nurse as well and his head manager as well ... but the charges are too high ..
