Never visit this clinic. I strongly believe that the doctors who do the consultation here are not at all fit to be doctors at all. I was suffering from cough and cold and decided to visit this clinic as I saw a good rating here. I clearly told the doctor about my condition in clear words. However, she gave me medication for my cough only because of which my cold condition became worse. Then again I had to consult with a different doctor at Apollo clinic who gave me the correct medication. If you are seeing my review, don't visit this clinic at all. If you stay in Neeladri Road, you can either visit Apollo clinic or Kauvery Hospital.

Amazing Clinic with all the facilities. It was a comfortable stay.The neatness of the clinic was amazing by the housekeeping. The staff was very concerned and helpful. THE DOCTOR AND NURSES are really giving the good service . As i have seen all the departments of the clinic were well maintained. There is a cafe at ground floor where a patient can take light snacks which is really hygienic and good taste Keep up the good work Narayana health . Best of luck for all the staff as well as management.

It was good service overall. Selvi from the treadmill test department was very good , and made me very comfortable and relaxed during the procedure, explaining everything calmly.

I had my annual comprehensive physical done at Narayana Neeladri Nagar. What I loved most about the experience was the smoothness and efficiency with which it was put together and the speed at which it concluded. Usually it takes over half a day to finish the physical. Love the cheerful and efficient staff (Kavya did very well when she drew my blood. Didn't even feel it.) and I have to appreciate the neatness and cleanliness as well. I recommend them highly. Come early if you want to get a parking in the building but they also have valet service.

I didnt have good experience with Helpdesk. I was suffering from fever and cold and i was struggling to talk. I wanted to check the doc availability by calling the clinic contact number. Instead of providing the info, help desk person is asking all unnecessary info and finally informed me after taking sweet 10 mins that doc is not available. He can be a little more compassionate and can collect details after providing required info. This attitude clearly shows they don't care about patients.

Had a good experience here. Doctor Lakshmi Kumari is the Gem. Its a priviledge to get a consultation from her. Overall, the clinic has thrived very well in ECity. They manage the patient doctor interaction very well. Plus, if needed the coordinator will always be there to help. Thanks to Leena for helping me whenever needed.

Very good experience in the clinic. I met doctor Veena Ramachandran. Doctor explained all details of the treatment. She is highly knowledgeable about the modern medicine available for the treatment. The clinic staff are very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend the clinic for health problems.
