Hello everyone, I come from a different state and found this PG on my phone's map. They seemed friendly when I informed them about my move. However, upon arriving in Gujarat, things took a different turn. The room was messy, and the washroom had become dirty due to a lack of cleaning. I had to move in out of necessity, not knowing much about the area. Unfortunately, after settling in, the owner's behavior changed. The main issue was the rent due date. I moved in on August 27, 2023, and they wanted rent on the 25th of each month. I explained that my rent period was from the 27th to the 26th of the next month, and I promised to pay by 10:00 PM on the 26th, which was the same due date. However, on the evening of the 26th, at 8:00 PM, they asked me to leave because I hadn't paid by the 25th or 26th evening, even though I had a few hours left to pay after returning from work. When my brother dropped me off, he believed they were responsible people. It was frustrating to experience such treatment, especially since we were from different states. I believe in karma, and I hope that those who do wrong will face consequences. If you plan to rent this PG, please be cautious about your health, as they don't take good care of cleanliness.

Very bad pg in surat very bad bhojan and very limited bhojan in any time 4 roti and sabji and very bad services in pg not clean pg and toilet is very bad small in toilet i am not pereffer to pg

I had inquired about PG in Surat and this guy called me in response. I was shocked and terrified about how unprofessional & impolite this guy was on the call itself. He doesn't know how to treat his customers and make good business. If his treatment with the customer on the call itself was horrible, I'd not risk to have rented PG over his place. Anyone coming here, please look for yourself. May God bless him with some good kindness and sense of customer satisfaction.

Room shown in reviews are totally diffrent. Room is consist of 6 sharing bed with different type of people like some are student and some are early job or night job people and 1 bathroom for 6 people which makes diffult if you want to use bathroom and bathroom cleaned one time in month. Its difficult to sleep as many student study in night and some early jobs one go to their job. And most importantly food - actually they give 2 time tiifin services which are very less in quantity, a normal person cannot satisfied with food. They give 4 roti and 20gm of sabji and in Dinner they give r roti, 20gm sbji and rice with water daal, and all is tasteless. Owner behavior is worst, if you are late in giving tiffin you will miss your food. Morever, I would rate it zero if there is zero reviews. So, be carefull before you pay your rent because it is non refundable. Thank you

Waste of money in this PG. PG Owens behavior totally change after given pg fees. Very bad tiffin service in this pg. not given full tiffin only given 4 roti, 1 subji and rice. Friday tiffin manu is pavbhaji 4 small pav. hygiene quality vary poor. weekly one day cleaning pg room. please don't stay this pg. please search good pg.

I stayed at this PG for 4 months. One of the best PG with good connectivity to public transport in Majuragate. They are offering 2 meals a day, laundry service and wifi at very affordable price. If you are looking for PG near Majuragate, you should try this out.
