The individual flats are huge and very spacious, well made. However the society is extremely mismanaged. Lifts don't work, no management to complaint, no CCTV for security. Lights in public spaces barely work.
Nice place to live in for working professionals and also to hangout with friends during the weekend. Nature lovers will definitely like this apartment
This apartment has plenty of flat vacancies. Not sure Why they are not occupied for such a long time, though it has basic facilities available and a good lake view

Secluded, so far away from commerical places. 7 yrs old and still only 30%vacancy, no association, no commitee, monkey problems, parking floods in rainy days.
