Very dirty unclean smelled room.door window not even close properly.They dont have bio waste management system in room.staff uneducated they dont even know how to do suctioning procedure.no any helper staff.even they dont have patient feed. They dont have feeding bag. Staff ask us to give feed to ryle's tube patient.they even charge money for suctioning and ecg in evening but they did test after next morning. In which they miss guided us that all reports are normal.they dont know how to take blood pressure of the patient. Our patient condition is more severe than before after admitted to the hospital. There is no option to give 0 star rating to this room with having one doctor(dr. sachin jindal) who uses phone in front of attended while talking to them. Even he use gaali called sala to other doctor in front of us.sare jhola chaap doctor h bss ek ye hi qualified hai. Whole night our patient complaint for cough sputum having blood he refuse to do nebulization. There's not even single staff present in night shift till 11pm. Staff not even take vitals.

We are very much satisfied with Narain Hospital services towards my father Brain stroke disease. It was not a simple case when we came to the hospital with critical situation of my father. Dr Sachin Jindal ji executed the all process very professionally and we got relieved from the tough situation. Thanks to Dr. Sachin Jindal ji and other all staff members.

Dr. Jindal is a highly experienced and skilled doctor. He is one of the best neurologists. Hospital staff and facilities are also really good and one can totally depend on this hospital for any brain and neural related problems. My father met with an accident and got brain injury and was having internal bleeding but doctor was really good and my father recovered very well.

Doctor Sachin Jindal attended the patient very efficiently and our patient is not well, when we arrived in the hospital but after treatment now feeling normal. Staff members are also cooperative. Strongly recommend for any neuro related treatment.Good Hospital in Ambala City for neuro Patients.

V poor service and v high charges and Doctor behavior is not good he is money minded. Not mention rate list on reception. nursing staff not good and unprofessionald

My mother had paralytic attack on 29th April night in the morning on 30th we brought her to Narain Hospital Ambala city. Treatment was started promptly by hospital an Dr Jindal , although aged at 89 yesterday but my mother got good relief and is discharged today as she had good recovery. We thank the Hospital staff particularly Dr Jindal for excellent treatment.
