The hotel is good. Food is tasty. We went for a party. Try not to book the top hall if you like your vendors. It is as inconvenient as any city hotel can be. The service lift goes only one floor below. They make no effort to help or inform you in advance. You need loaders to carry your equipment 2 flights of stairs and through narrow corridors. Painful for event vendors. One of the managers was very rude to me even though it was my family party.
One of the best hotel in Madgaon. Nearby to market. Rooms are clean and maintained. Food quality is great. Only issue is with availability, so need to book in advance, specially in peak season.
Clean and sufficiently spacious room for 2 people. Location is great. In bathroom there should have been exhaust fan.Also the ac setting was taking time. Swimming timing should have been 7 am onwards instead of 8 am, hence could not visit. Overall nice hotel.
Avoid at all cost ! The hotel is fleecing customers by showing smaller rooms and then charging more for upgrades. The wifi doesn't work. Prefer to book a different property even if it is little costlier.
Nice place to stay when you are in Margao. It is right in the city and easily accessible. The rooms are neat and clean. AC and hot water facility is good. There is a lounge bar and a good multicuisine restaurant. Breakfast spread was also good, served on the rooftop with a nice view.

I had booked a standard room online @ tariff Rs.4,600/- per day. When we arrived in a big car, we were easy target for their profit. We were allotted a small and BAD room by Mr Rahul Pai. It was quite opposite of what was shown online. We were told that the allotted room was a standard room. So, I opted for upgradation for which they charged me Rs.1,500/- extra. Upgradation led to cancellation of online booking and higher profit to the hotel. Last year for a similar room shown online, I was charged around Rs.3,900/-. Wi-Fi was NOT working even after requesting several times. Cable network was NOT working again had to complain. Food was tasteless. And yes, no discount for discomfort. NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone.

The Madgaon railway station is not far from Hotel Go Goa. The tariff is quite fair. The space was really large and well-kept. Very clean, especially the bathroom. The a/c system was operating efficiently. Service was delivered promptly and politely.
