Truly very bad service, unsatisfied with their service. I booked a bus on my wedding. At time of coming back to home driver denied to take bus at pickup point. My relatives have to walk 2km for home. Never ever suggest anyone about this bus service. Today i am finding a bus for a tour while searching i found thier name so i decide to write a review. 0 star bus rating.

i with more than 50 people spent bad day of their life with this bus service...while booking they said very cheesy lines about their service..don't trust them..the worst bus have broken glasses..fan no working...clutch plate issue made us to cover 125 km of distance in 8 hours with 1 hour stay on road..still we did not say anything..on the return trip at night 3 a.m the bus stop on road. driver said no fuel..they did not fill tank as required for increasing their profit..drivers were non-trained. . Nature of owner is very good. And the quality of buses was also good as compared with other companies. Highly recommend. Best bus service in ludhiana

They harassed. Worst service. Please do not book this. Its a harassment.We booked a tourist bus for marriage from Ludhiana to Lucknow but we faced lots of problems: 1) Bus came late around 2 ans half hour. 2) Bus which came is an old bus. Fans were not working. Window's glasses were loose. Smelly seats and as we were already late so we moved with same bus. 3) At Petrol pump they aaked us to pay for fuel which was not in deal. Driver start bullying there. 4) at night around 1 am on agra highway in jungle both bus tier got punctured and there was no extras tier in bus. Then we paid for repired tier over there. 5) Then after 10-20 km bus again got punctured. Again came back to mechanic. He repaired the tiers and it took 4-5 hours. 6) after reaching the destination when we checked oir luggage, there were rats in bus and they destroyed our sweets and luggage. Worst service. They harassed us. Spoiled our journey. Our marriage excitement , mood.

Worst Bus Service. No Punctuality. Rude Behaviour of Owner. Book this on your own risk even, you can miss your function due to their time issue. Broken glass bus. 4 Hours late is no issue for them.
