Old and known hospital, but the staff is very slow in terms of service
We admitted our patient in Nanjappa hospital. This hospital have amazing doctors and very good staff. Patient was admitted under Insurance. And the Insurance department staff of Nanjappa hospital like Poornima,syed and Amrutha are very best workers.Its very good experience with this hospital Muzamil

If you have any emergency or immediate attention is needed this hospital is not for you. The management and staff is completely unaware of the doctor recommendation with respect to the symptoms or illness of the patient. They will simply make you go from doctor to doctor by charging the fees everytime. It has turned out to be a worst hospital nowadays though it's legacy tells a different story
I have a bad experience from this hospital...I feel their is no coordination with staffs and the doctors.If patient comes for illness the staff should send for the respective specialist doctor they should do necessary arrangement for that...Because of this the other consultant doctors didn't identify the correct diagnosis and they did unnecessary treatment for the patient.... I'm also a Dr with other specialisation so i identify the careless treatment plan they prescribe by the doctors...And i kindly request to hospital to post an experience doctor with minimum 5 year in emergency department other that interns or freshers....

I went to dairect insurance counter, pooja , Poornima and amrutha was there this girls explained about insurance policy end to end, and they supported me lot really helpful and supportive staff good customer service, thank you team for helping me lot.
